Identity Printing - Returns & Reprint Policy
At Identity Printing, we take pride in delivering high-quality products across all our services. However, we’re only human, and on rare occasions, a printing issue may occur. If this happens, we’re happy to offer a reprint—but first, here are a few things to consider.
What Can Be Returned?
Only items that are faulty, damaged, or have a printing defect may be returned. If a reprint is approved, no changes can be made to colour, product, size, or design.
Please keep in mind that all orders are digitally printed onto DTF transfers. Colours may appear differently on screens compared to print due to CMYK colour processing. We do not print hyper colour, fluorescent, or metallic designs. For more details, check out our FAQ page.
Before placing your order, carefully check your designs. Our team does not proof or edit customer artwork—once approved and paid, orders are processed as final.
What Cannot Be Returned?
Due to the custom nature of printing, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the merchandise is misprinted, flawed, or defective.
If your order has a defect, please contact us at harry@identityprinting.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your items. We will arrange a return, reprint, or credit.
Returns for exchange or store credit must be made within 14 days of receipt.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
How to Request a Return or Reprint
1. Email us at harry@identityprinting.co.uk
Include the following details:
• Your name
• Your order number
• Date of purchase
• Garment(s) you want to return
• A short description of the issue
• A photo of the error
2. Wait for Approval
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorisation (RA) Number or inform you if the request is denied.
3. Send Your Return
Clearly write your RA number on the return package and send it to:
